In regards to mothers returning to work, you may be interested in looking
over these recent submissions to the Canadian Gov't Labour Standards Review.
We were looking at improving breastfeeding rates by improving work
conditions who are breastfeeding when they return to work. This could be
done by having breastfeeding breaks built in to the Labour Standards that
the gov't enforces for workers.
There's alot of reference there that may be interesting to you.
Of course, this is Canadian, so only somewhat applicable to the US.
