I have this fantasy that the hurricane preparedness brochures everyone
puts out at the start of each hurricane season (local media outlets in
conjunction w/emergency planners) with lists of things to buy and ways
to be prepared, etc, will state the following: "If you are pregnant,
plan on breastfeeding at least until after hurricane season is over.
This is the only safe way to feed your baby after a storm."
Sigh...call me a dreamer LOL.....
