Cathy Genna has recommended that women with "floppy" breasts try a scissor
hold with fingers well spread and push the breast back toward chest wall to firm
up the breast tissue. If this mom's breasts are also quite large, then the
rolled up cloth diaper or small towel under the breast and next to chest wall
might also help in addition to above. Lack of ductal tissue necessitated this
breast shaping for my dd, and it did help.
