Do you have access to Dr. Love's breast book(s)? Mine is at work. Also you 
might want to search about gigantomastia. I think your plan sounds good. I 
would use ibuprofen instead of tylenol for anti-inflammatory properties, 
unless this is contraindicated for this patient.
