My local Breastfeeding Resource center also has a twin bed (just a set of mattresses on a standard mattress frame) in the consultation room, presumably to help mothers figure out how to nurse laying down.

I also like having a loveseat (small sofa) instead of a glider, so mom
feels like she can breastfeed at home even if she can't afford an
expensive chair. AND so she gets the idea that breastfeeding is
something one does anywhere, not only in the nursery, which is where
most moms put the glider.
