OK, let's come up with a plan. What would this look like?<

For a  start, it would mean that WIC would insist that their
Breastfeeding Coordinators be allotted the time to do their jobs!
What I am hearing, from our local WIC BFC (in upstate NY,) is that she
is supposed to fit in her job BETWEEN her regular work of certifying
clients, issuing checks and so on. She is not even allotted time to
see clients specifically about bf, let alone visit the local
hospitals. You can imagine her level of frustration!
So, let's start with making the BFC position not just a title, but a real job.
