My opinion on this is that any real difference would be slight if it exists
at all. However, any study that looked at the issue of insufficient milk in
women having undergone IVF would have to control for many factors to get a
real picture. Obviously it would be necessary to have controls who matched
the population in age, socioeconomic status, level of education, parity,
birth interventions, support. It would be very interesting to compare women
who had undergone IVF due to male factors (30-40% of infertility) and those
who had female factors involved.
