Hello,
Recently I have been asked by a few daycare centers for the help in
developing protocols or guidelines for the safe handling Human Milk in a
daycare setting, such as infant/ toddler center. I am thrilled that
they want to promote the use of human milk and want to make sure it is
handled correctly. I hear so many horror stories of how centers are
throwing out or wasting a mom's precious milk due to misinformation. I
was thinking of doing a 45+ minute talk to some local centers as a way
of educating the community on this and other aspects of breastfeeding.
My question is does anyone have any materials, protocols or ideas they
would be willing to share? If so please contact me directly at
