Interesting comment that illustrates how people think about infant formula
in today's world.

In this article unrelated to breastfeeding, a politician argues that
gasoline is a neccessity, and thus shouldn't be taxed.

 "We're taxing something that's not a luxury; that's a necessity. We might
as well tax infant formula"

(no other mentions of infant formula or breastfeeding in this short item)
