In my haste to get a post off I was unnecessarily terse about other advice
being offered for the case of the mother with possible rheumatologic
disease. I did not mean to insult anyone who has posted previously, I only
meant to emphasize the importance of finding out whether there is serious
pathology BEFORE trying empirical advice from people who have had similar
experiences. So, if you felt I belittled the advice you offered, please
know that that was not my intent, and I apologize for any bad feelings it
may have caused.
