Dear Friends:
When women are hand expressing in the postpartum ward, they are in a
variety of positions depending on their condition and comfort level.
I've held the spoon while moms were supine, partially sitting up,
side-lying or sitting in a chair.
Now that I wrote that out, it looks like moms can hand express in any
position that they can nurse in!
