A recent LC seminar showed a great, short video about an inner-city
Boston hospital becoming Baby Friendly, with Dr. Barbara Philipp and
Anne Merewood, IBCLC as two of the people involved. Here's a link about
the story, with contact info::
http://www.bmc.org/pediatrics/special/Breastfeeding/mission.html,
It powerfully showed change within a system, not just with statements
from people initiating from the top, but also nurses on the front lines
who at first thought it was crazy. I don't know where the video came
from, but surely the people involved would know where to get hold of
it. It might be a good launching-off point for discussion.
