Anybody know anything about a Bill called "Help America Act"? My supervisor 
asked me to look into this.  I thought I would start here. Among the 
provisions of the bill are four sections relating to breastfeeding.  They 
are:  Baby friendly hospital initiative, Task force for promotion of 
breastfeeding in the workplace, Lacatation accomodation and breastfeeding 
promotion at work, and Label and disclosure requirements for infant 
formulas.  It states these sections have been referred to the Association's 
Breastfeeding Committee for review.  It is believed that Sen. Harkin may 
introduce these provisions in a stand alone bill in the near future.
