All purpose nipple ointment (invented by Dr Jack Newman)  recipe is on 
Cindy's site, however I have good luck with an abbreviated version - 
Betamethasone , nystatin, and Bactroban - all ointments.  One dr on Lactnet 
just uses plain Bactroban ointment, I haven't gotten brave enough to just 
try that yet :-)  Pat in SNJ
