I am a lurker to the list but had a question. Why is the fortifier needed if
the technology is there to centrifuge the milk? I would think that instead
of using an artificial fortifier we would want to use the fat from the
mother's own milk. I may have too little knowledge to understand the fortifier but
to me the milk fortifier thread and the chylothorax thread seemed to have the
same answer in reverse. Please oh gurus of the lactation world enlighten me!
