I would check a prolactin level around 7-8 months of pregnancy.  If it is low 
then she will probably not be able to establish lactogenesis.  However, Ruth 
Lawrence did have a mother with presumed Sheehan's establish lactation with 
the use of oxytocin nasal spray.  Chris
