Compared to cows' milk, maybe.  But I still think using formula -
especially formula w/iron - for anything at all is a bad bad bad idea for
a breastfeeding family.  Frankly, if they're determined to give a baby
boxed baby cereal, I'd rather see them use water to thin it than formula.
