Pardon my ignorance...
If LCs are licensed, who would the licensing fee be paid to? Is it like
other licenses that are paid to some governmental bureau? Would state
bureaucrats set standards of practice? Would they accept any degree in
Lactation as sufficient for licensing? Would they consult with ILCA or
IBLCE? Would they be influenced by formula company lobbyists with big
campaign donations?
