Kate, and whoever posted orginially, thanks for the heads-up, esp. about the
babies on stomachs. I noticed the website says this:
"
Now you and your family can benefit from the Baby Coach’s popular and
successful system:
* Regular feeding times,
* 12 hours of sleep at night,
* 3 hours of sleep during the day,
* Peace of mind that comes with taking the parent and child out of the
anxiety and chaos of a sleep deprived world."
*
We talked yesterday at our meeting how sleep interruption is not the same as
sleep deprivation. Lots of these moms have babies taking naps after every
feeding while the mom does not allow herself any rest. My son who woke up every
two hours for nearly four years, always got 12 hours of sleep in 24, just (
to quote Steven Wright, comedian) " not in a row."
:)
