Margaret shares:
<<A mother was
nursing her baby (very discreetly, btw -- not that that should make
any difference) and was ticketed for "knowingly exposing one's
genitals in a public area", which carries a fine of $50. >>

What was she using to nurse the baby? Her vagina? Since WHEN are breasts
considered genitals?
Just checked Mosby's in case there was something new I wasn't aware of:
"Genitals. The sex or reproductive organs. In the female they include the
vulva, mons veneris, labia majora, labia minora, clitoris, vagina, uterus,
fallopian tubes and ovaries."
There you have it. I guess in Colorado if the midwife needs to do a genital
exam you take off your bra.
Sheesh.
