I recently received a brochure for a conference to be held in a big city ...
Sponsored by Mead Johnson, and one of the sessions is about being a
Baby-Friendly practitioner. Hmmm.  (scratching head here). I called, and the
woman on the phone became indignant when I mentioned that there was a
considerable conflict in these two points.

Interesting point that obviously went right over someone's head.
