Usually, ILCA sends us the back issues from the beginning of the year to the
time when we subscribe and then continues our subscription normally
afterwards. This year, I also only received the May issue and it was
2004's...

I tried writing to them but I have not received a reply since. I wonder what
is happening...

I'll contact ILCA once more today. Let me know if you hear from them from
your side.
