Hello Friends,
Did anyone else see the country music awards in the US last nite? The
comedian/emcee commented that a "redneck woman" was one who could smoke a
cigarette, breastfeed, and drive a 5 speed at the same time. "Redneck woman"
is a song by artist Gretchen Wilson which took the Breakthrough video of the
Year award during the show. It doesn't mention breastfeeding, but does say
"Some people look down on me, but I don't give a rip, I'll stand barefooted
in my own front yard with a baby on my hip". I was glad to hear
breastfeeding mentioned during this show watched by millions of viewers. I
hope they don't smoke when they breasfeed though.
