Hi,  Do an archive search on pancrease.  Mom takes pancrease and it breaks 
down the proteins that she eats.  The references are also in the archives and it 
works about 75% of the time.  Also,  is mom having any burning breast pain?  
I cared for one infant who was admitted for a GI workup and it turned out to 
be from moms breast infection.  Here is the ref for that case:
