Early reports of the New York City Nurse-In to protest anti-breastfeeding comments on TV show "The View", show it to have been a great success.
The "official" count from the NYC organizer was 300 people - they used over 160 name tags, and they know that not everyone signed-in, and not everyone got a name tag.
Supporting nurse-ins were at affilate ABC stations in Redding, CA (4 moms and babes) Cleveland OH (4 moms and babes), Tucson, AZ (17 moms, 2 dads, 33kids & 2-3 minutes coverage on local evening news), Charlotte, NC (10-12 moms, short on-camera interview)
