I have seen a woman who had known psoriasis...came while she was pregnant to
ask if nursing would be a problem. Did not have lesions on nipples at the
time. Nursing can cause a "flare-up" on the nipples because of the frequent
wetness of the skin. When she did start to experience some discomfort after
the baby came, she used tripple nipple for a while, and switched to just a
steroid as needed when the baby got a bit older.
