There is a Pediatrician in this area who told a mom of a 12 month old child 
that she ought to make the switch to whole cow's milk as it has more fat in 
it now than her breastmilk?

I know the reasons why breastmilk is better for her toddler but is there any 
truth to her statement?   I've offered the suggestion to this Mom that she 
ask the Dr for her evidence.
