Hi Nancy.  The proper spelling, just for info's sake, is chylothorax. We
have a Lactnetter who had a direct experience with this personally, ..her
name is Trish Whitehouse. Please take a look at the archives for notes on
chylothorax by Trish Whitehouse.  You'll find a plethora of information.
