Try doing a search (Google should work) in English using the spelling
"chylothorax".  Basically it is the presence of lymphatic fluid in the
pleural space secondary to leakage from the thoracic duct (or one of its
tributaries).  Let me know if this doesn't help and I'll try to get you some
links on the web.
