I had also considered doing this but haven't so far because I can't see how  
I could justify the time and expense (monetary wise).  Not sure what jobs  are 
available out there for this PhD.  I would love to do the research and  
further the knowledge base,   Anyone know of positions/jobs for this  kind of work. 
 I know our local hospitals would not pay more and our  universities have no 
need for this.
