Hi there. We use Goat's Rue tea with our clients with low supply. 1 tsp in a
cup of boiling water, add honey, etc. Lisa Marasco gave a great talk on
herbal support for supply /low supply at our local affiliate meeting this
past spring. If you don't have the book by Sheila Humphrey, The Nursing
Mother's Herbal, I suggest you add it to your library. It's a must-have.
Here, Goat's Rue is $1.00 for a bag that gives a mom several days of tea.
Very inexpensive. You can order it online from Purple Shutter Herbs here in
Burlington Vermont. http://purpleshutter.com/
