Hi Patty. I absolutely have heard of this,... : ) yes. I think it's been
asked, and the answers may be in the archives under mammogram. Also search
for novocaine, if that is the issue.  If there are suspicions, I believe
that ultrasound can be done on lactating breast tissue.

There's always a way, and our archives do have a lot in them. To search, go

Is there any chance that the mother wants to wean and is looking for an
excuse?
