These types of problems, if they don't resolve w/i a few days, deserve a
look by a breast specialist or surgeon. Does not sound like the typical
presentation of Paget's disease, but may need to be biopsied. If you spend
some time on the internet searching about Paget's or inflammatory breast
cancer, you will likely have your eyes opened. And many women are diagnosed
during pregnancy and lactation.
