I was on a talk show in ND this pm, and it was 100% hostile about public
breastfeeding from the host (a woman) and all the callers. Let's see it was
urination = breastfeeding, why can't you pump and give it in a bottle, you
should boycott Hollywood which sexualized breasts, you should plan your
errands around the baby's feeding, there are women who are pushy and not
discrete, I tried to breastfeed but couldn't and now LLL zealots make me
feel guilty (allegedly this came in on e-mail, but it was very long--my
guess it was set up beforehand). I did call the host on using the word
"boob." Not a pleasant experience, but I think I made points professionally
and calmly but of course, wish I had a second chance to do it.
