Please help with this article that I find reckless being on the ACS website.

Womans_Risk_Of_Breast_Cancer.asp
Dear Colleagues:
I wonder what is reckless about this article.
It is a report of a new meta-analysis, showing what we all
know.......that breastfeeding and childbearing are protective against breast cancer.
The reporter makes some interesting comments about childbearing
practices that have some impact on the increase in breast cancer rates. Many women in
developed countries don't have as many babies nor do they breastfeed as long
as they did in the past, nor do they have babies at such young
ages.............we can't recommend that women start having babies at 18 and have 7 babies
just to protect against breast cancer. However, women can breastfeed for a
longer time..............
It is sad when the article says that the protective benefit of
breastfeeding is small, and that women at high risk should take tamoxifen; however,
those comments are small, and at the very end of the article. Other
meta-analysis have found the protective effect of breastfeeding to be much larger.
