It sounds as though this woman would oversupply regardless of how many babies to feed!  In the old days she would have been a very profitable wet nurse!

I find the use of homeopathy very helpful with an oversupply issue if other methods have not worked readily.  I have done this in my midwifery practice several times with good results . I myself had an over abundant supply with my first 3 children when I was younger and slimmer!  With the first two I was pumping and storing as well as breastfeeding as they were early and jaundiced.  I would take off 2000 mls per day!  I gradually bought this down as my babies got bigger and were demand feeding.  Baby number 3 was fullterm and did not like all that milk pouring down her throat.  By 3 weeks neither of us were enjoying the milk baths!  A few doses of homeopathy did the trick.
