Renee, I expect that LLLI will have a press release available soon in
response to the AAP guidelines and probably there will be articles in NB and
Leaven as there were in response to the AAP changing guidelines for vitamin
D a couple of years ago. There is already available a tear-off sheet
regarding Safe Sleep -- you will probably encounter it when you read the
Leader Applicant Reading Set, which is part of the required reading during
an application.
I'll leave the question of "legally bound" to someone who can do a better
job of answering it than I can.
