Welcome to the UK, Pamela :)
My first suggestion is for you to look at the website for IBCLCs -
http://www.lcgb.org
I am sure the IBCLCs in the UK - tip, don't say 'England' when you
mean the UK...England is only one country of four in GB/UK : ) - on
Lactnet will contact you anyway, but their website is good for basic
information.
Code breaching in the UK is rife, and the manufacturers are very
aggressive - increasingly so, as (at long last) the health service
gets its act together and prioritises bf. There is a UK law which
regulates promotion of formula milk but it is fairly weak, and often
broken.
