I had shared with Nikki off Lactnet that maybe the mom should look into
spinning sperm.  I don't know much about it and would never do it myself but
in this case it might be helpful.  It is my understanding that the sperm is
spun and X sperm are seprated from Y sperm allowing you to chose the sex of
your child.  I first heard of it on the TV show "Yes, Dear", then I had a
friend who was considering it if she was to try for a girl.  In this case it
might allow the Indian mother to have that boy and a happy breastfeeding
relationship.
