Some of my WIC clients complain about how dads are in the pump room at one 
of our major hospitals here in town. I have never seen this pump room 
myself, the moms describe it as big with just one pump in it. My WIC moms 
are embarrassed and will not use this pump room if a dad is in it. I tell 
them to politely ask the other dads to leave because they are embarrassed to 
pump in front of a strange man. Otherwise they absolutely will not use this 
room. Then they cut down on how many times a day they are pumping and the 
milk supply drops.
