Hi Everyone,
First of all, thank you to everyone who took the time to write me such nice
letters. You can't imagine how good they made me feel.
I saw a client last week who I had worked with with her previous baby. We
were never able to get him breastfeeding. She told me now that at 4 1/2
years old, he just started speech therapy with major issues.
I was wondering if anyone knows if there are any studies done on
1) if babies who never succeeded in BF are more likely to have speech issues
2)babies that did not BF (by choice of mother) are they more likely than
breastfed children to end up in Speech Therapy.
Anyone have any anecdotal evidence?
