I've experienced condensation only when the moms have used the micro-steam bags. I've told moms not to put the tubing into these bags, only the flanges, bottles, and filters if they have been taught to use the bags. The tubings function only for the regulation of pressures, so no milk is in the tubings, and therefore they don't need to be sterilized.
