Hi,
I had a question come up at Mom's Group today about the safety of echinacea and golden root while breastfeeding.  I found what Hale writes
about echinacea, but I have not been able to find really anything about the safety of golden root.  The moms were wanting to take it to prevent
colds and flu.  Do any of you have any information about these two, or a good web site I can search to find info?
