Permission to post from mom. Mother had breast reduction in 1993. Her breast are
very full, but milk isn't able to get out very easily. She is experiencing plugs at the
outer quadrants (between intercostal nerves 4 and 5), and the milk cannot be
removed at all from that area. She tried massaging, and cabbage on the affected
area only. Any other suggestion? She is concerned and wants to avoid infection.
