I sell breast pumps everyday. The difference between the two PNS is the
technology on them. The advance has newer technology that does a quick
suck for a minute then slows down to a slower suck and draw. The sounds
are a little different. I sell the Advance because of the new technology.
Medela makes the most superior pump I think on the market today. The
Symphony is a hospital grade pump that I have heard is great for premie's
because it is lighter and quieter than the classic. So check them out and
make up your own opionion of the pumps. Debbie
