"Keep this product out of reach of children. For external use  only."

I am pretty sure a baby is a child and if it is on the nipple than the baby  
will get this product. I have asked the company about this and they tell me 
they  will get back to me or have no idea. They say the product has been 
approved for  this usage. It is very frustrating.
