First of all, let's have a round of applause for Jennifer. I wish every
physician who works with breastfeeding was as dedicated and informed!
Can this mother go to bed with her baby and do a 48-hour trial of
skin-to-skin and totally baby-led feeding? Has the baby had oral-motor assessment
to see how he manages flow?
Lack of let-down sensation has never shown itself to be a significant
factor in lactation, as far as I can see.
