Just wanted to clarify a few things... The baby with the awful diaper rash
is 5 weeks old and has had the diaper rash for 4 weeks.  The mom is using
cloth diapers and no wipes already.  After I saw her and recommended she
contact the doctor she used our recommended diaper rash cream = equal parts
of Lotrimin, Bacitracin and balmex.  Then after about one day she got the
prescription for Nystatin.  I haven't heard from her since Friday when she
was going to try the Gentian Violet diaper cream.  I will let you all know
how everything works out in the end (pun intended)

Gentian Violet costs about $2.00 /(not sure if it is one or 2 ounce bottle)
here in the US.
