The mom is trying some other interventions first and I had been dreading
telling her the bump might need to be lanced (always happy to have some back-up
for that), not sure what her reaction will be or the doc's who might balk at
the notion of lancing it, in which case moms often resort to doing it
themselves. Mom had been encouraged to make an appt for a private consult.
