Sounds like she may have made butter!  Seriously, if shaken hard enough, 
the fat may stick together and turn to butter.  Have her try to express 
some milk, and treat it very gently from the outset, and see if this 
still happens.  If it does, then she can try to scald the milk before 
storage (heat almost to boiling, and quickly cool in an icewater bath) 
to prevent saponification.  Soapy compounds made from fat digesting 
enzymes acting on the fat can also cause these clumps.
